Q2: Do you support customization? What does the customization cover? And what is the minimum order quantity?
A2: We have a technical and R&D team and support customization. The customizable items include brand logos, sole patterns, upper colors, decals,lining,height and package… We also offer custom-made services based on samples.The minimum order quantity is 500 pairs per color.
Q3: Do you have Chelsea rubber rain boots in stock? How can I purchase them?
A3: We don’t have stock at the moment, but we can customize according to your needs. Please feel free to contact us to share your specific requirements.
Q4: What is your payment terms?
A4: Our normal payment terms are 30% deposit with PI, then 70% balance payment before shipment for 1st order. If you require different policy for next orders, please contact us to check possibility.
