HOW TO CUSTOMIZE RUBBER BOOTS

Upper HOW TO CUSTOMIZE UPPER

Upper of handmade rubber boots are built by rubber sheets. we could define thickness of the sheet as well as rubber compound. For high-end wellington boot, with up-to 60% natural rubber, the upper feels like leather, soft, bee's-knees textured and durable.

Thickness
Shape of said rubber sheet can be customized and cut by cutting die. So you may design any overlay shape or underlay shape to represent your brand image.

Patterns
Rubber base color can be defined by Pantone code, however specified color needs 800 pairs order to start with. Upper parts can also be in different colors, regarding overlays, top binding, back stay and other accessories.

Base color
Besides base color, we can make colorful prints. leave us your design and we can put your drawing onto rain boot. even photo can be printed on!

Transfer film
For plain color rubber upper we can still make it with texture, like leather texture, diamond cut, or a branded texture. Rubber texture comes from rollers. We have free public texture roller. Branded texture needs investment. Rubber finish can be customized to shining or matt, too.

Outsole HOW TO CUSTOMIZE OUTSOLE

Vulcanized molded rubber soles are typically used in high-performance and durable fields, such as outdoor, hiking, and safety. As it has gridded cavities inside to reduce weight, it provides extra elasticity and resilience which can absorb shock during walking or running, providing comfortable walking experience. different lasts match different molded outsoles.

Vulcanization is a chemical process that cross-links the rubber molecules, forming a more stable and robust structure. This results in a sole that can withstand heavy use, abrasion, and various environmental conditions. Calender Rubber sole can be rolled into various tread patterns. These patterns provide good grip on different surfaces, whether it's wet or dry, enhancing the safety of the wearer.

Cemented rubber soles are assembled by gluing to the upper at normal temperature. it is used in some occasions that the molded rubber sole material couldn’t be vulcanized. such as rubber sole with voltage isolation compound, or with anti-static formula.

EVA foam soles mostly come from casual shoes and sneakers. Cementing EVA soles onto rain boots helps the boots reduce weight and provides softness and resilience. it is used for casual wellies, sporty welly boots, as well as some low-impact city-walking gum boots.

‘Model sole’ in shoe industry is to define a sole with middle EVA foam layer glued with Rubber bottom layer. it is normally used on high-end rain boots, having both advantages of EVA soles and Rubber soles, such as light weight, resilient, anti-slippery, durable, shock absorping and anti-abrasion. it is of higher price than other soles.

Lining HOW TO CUSTOMIZE LINING MATERIAL

Normally we combine cotton and polyester to build linning material for summer rain boots, so it has the advantages of both materials: Skin-friendly, hygroscopic, elastic and abrasionproof. besides, organic cotton or RPET recycled polyester could be used as options for environmental reasons.

Cotton & Polyester
Polar fleece providing heat insulation for foot. It’s a good choice for winter wellington boots. Surface of polar fleece has a layer of fine fluff, which feels soft and smooth, it won't cause a rough rubbing sensation. Besides, it can be machine-washed and is not prone to deformation. Also it dries quickly after cleaning. color of fleece can be dyed.

Polar Fleece
Wool has a natural crimp structure, air can be stored between the crimps, forming an insulating layer. In extremely cold, wool lining can more effectively resist the cold and maintain the temperature of the feet. thus wool is the best option for snow boot lining. We could make lining with % of artificial fur and real wool to balance cost and insulation performance.

Fur/Wool
Neoprene has a dense molecular structure, resulting in a waterproof feature. Even in heavy rain, muddy or wet working environments, it ensures that the feet remain dry at all times. Meanwhile neoprene has variaty of advantages, such as heat-insulating which could be used in winter boots, high-elasticity and deformation to match leg shape, high abrasion resistance, aging resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

Neoprene
The unique mesh structure of airmesh lining allows air to flow freely inside the boots. Thus heat and moisture generated by feet can be quickly expelled, while fresh air continuously flow in, maintaining a continuous circulation of air inside the boots. This is especially useful for waterproof rain boots. Airmesh can be laminated with neoprene, to form so-called Sandwich lining.

GET QUOTATION AND OTHER PRODUCTION DETAILS

Upon receiving your final design, we will send you first quotation to make clear what price level this product will reach. Meanwhile by confirming all the meterial we will use, MOQ(minimum order quantity) as well as production lead time will be settled. You can discuss initially to confirm all details. We are open to talk if there is tolerance with your goal.

MAKE SAMPLE & REVISIONS

Our core mission is to provide an accurate sample of your rain boot within 15 days. If you have room for improvements for the final sample, we can add another round of sample before moving to mass production. Enjoy our free service and lower your starting up cost. However Salesman Samples always cost you 1.5 times of FOB price.

STARTING ORDER WITH DEPOSIT

When you are satisfied with the final sample, you can place PO to us and make 30% deposit. By receiving deposit we will immediately proceed to the in-house mass production of your ideal model. Our skilled workers and advanced equipments will help work out high quality rubber boots for you within 45 days. Then by strict inspection small quantity of defect boots will be picked out for reparing or replacing. A balance payment will be needed to release the goods and we will provide premium service on logistic. By agreed shipping time, you will receive fantastic products in your warehouse.
