Chemical and Physical. We are working on 2 main aspects of developments. For chemical, we worked out light-weight rubber compound, density 0.945g/cm³, which is lighter than water. it can significantly lower down weight of boot. Whole boot using light rubber will be 30% lighter than normal boot. For physical, we developed rubber molding technology. We mold the whole boot as molding rubber sole, using 300t molding machine, still with natural rubber material. one-body molding rubber boot can have great durability and much longer life than handmade welly boots.
