GeschichteFounded in 1958, our predecessor was Quzhou County Rubber Boot Factory in Handan Hebei, manufacturing durable black harvest wellies for local Chinese farmers. From 1988 to 1992, we operated as a joint‑venture facility with Tianjin Rubber Boot Factory, producing rubber boots for well‑known domestic Chinese brand “Light house”. In 1996, we took the lead in developing vibrant colorful wellington boots within China’s rubber footwear industry. Starting from 1999, we officially launched our international export business, supplying vulcanized rubber boots to global wholesale buyers across Europe, North America and beyond. -
EinrichtungenOur company operates **6 complete vulcanized rubber boot production lines**, delivering a daily output capacity of 5,000 pairs of wellington boots for global wholesale orders. Our in‑house manufacturing workshop is fitted with 2 internal rubber mixers, 13 mill mixers, 4 vulcanizers, alongside two 10m³ air compressors. Our on‑site laboratory is fully equipped with professional rubber footwear physical testing instruments, including vulcanization rheometer, tensile tester and flexing tester, to guarantee consistent product quality for OEM and ODM rubber boot projects. -
