HistoryFounded in 1958, Our predecessor Quzhou County Rubber boot Factory, producing black harvest wellies for farmers. 1988 to 1992, we became a joint factory with Tianjin Rubber Boot Factory, producing wellies for Chinese domestic brand "Light house". 1996, we are the 1st to develop colorful wellies in China. 1999, we began export business. -
FacilitiesCompany currently has 6 welly boot production lines, with a daily capacity of 5,000 pairs. We own 2 internal rubber mixers, 13 mill mixers, 4 vulcanizers and 2 air compressors with a 10m³ volume each. Laboratory is equipped with physical testing instruments for rubber boots such as vulcanization rheometer, tensile tester and flexing tester. -
CertificatesWe have ISO9001 certified for Quality Management, BSCI certified for EU Social responsibility. As we produce mainly European brand products, we conform with EU REACH regulation on chemical and EU20345 S5 level for safety work boots. -
PRODUCTIVITYWe have 6 production lines with each line 800-1000 pairs daily capacity. Whole factory around 5,000 pairs capacity/day. It’s worth mentioning speed is not our primary concern. To meet customer’s quality requires, we can adjust production line flow rate based on complexity of boot structure. it’s the base of premium wellies.
Innovation
Product innovation constitutes one of our key ablities. We are dedicated to innovating structure, design, and materials of rubber boots. Regarding design innovation, we incorporate different design elements from sports shoes, leather shoes, and other types of footwear into rubber boots. Sketching, digital drawing, digital rendering, adapting shoe lasts, opening sample molds, and making sample boots, we have devoted considerable energy and financial resources.
